Our board is extremely proud to present you the concept and the philosophy behind our Negotiation Track. Quite obviously, the whole program pivots on Negotiation, Mediation, Empathy, Ethics and Body Language. We have based this
Negotiation Track on our own Syllabus and Getting to Yes by R. Fisher and W.
Ury. We took things back to the basics and focused on our core value and specific niche: training and coaching eager students to deliver distinguished and integrative negotiators.
We believe that negotiation is an art which is best learned by practice. A lot of practice. Therefore we maintain a golden rule for each workshop: One-third of the
time in a workshop will be used for a theoretical insight, the remaining time
will be used to exercise all current and previous acquired skills with a complex exercise. It is because of this golden rule that we
